The Contemporary Smart Home project was a 2020 design proposal focused on creating a modern, sophisticated residence fully integrated with advanced smart technology. The goal was to develop a living space that is comfortable, functional, visually appealing, and sustainable, using eco-friendly strategies alongside technology to enhance the homeowner’s lifestyle.

The design process considered the client’s needs, the site, and spatial flow, ensuring each area of the home served a purpose while maintaining aesthetic harmony.

Smart systems for lighting, climate control, security, and entertainment were thoughtfully integrated to enhance daily living without compromising design, while sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions were incorporated to reduce environmental impact.

Advanced 3D modeling and visualization techniques were used to create a detailed and accurate representation of the proposed design, allowing the client to review and refine every element. The result demonstrates a seamless balance of technology, functionality, modern design, and sustainability.
