This design proposal, developed based on your requirements, includes modifications to improve circulation efficiency and enhance the house’s aesthetic. The ground floor now features a straight hallway with strong linearity, connecting all parts of the house while maintaining transparency through natural light, cross ventilation, and visual connections. This hallway integrates with the entrance foyer.

Rooms have been relocated to fit the new layout without disrupting the desired flow. The TV snug is closer to the lounge/living room wall but remains easily accessible from the kitchen. Alternative renderings include a serving hatch from the kitchen to the TV snug area.

For the guest room, we’ve added pedestrian access from the garage to a separate lower floor entrance, enhancing privacy and allowing for a zen garden. A vertical timber screen can be added for more privacy, matching the screen design between the entry and outdoor deck areas, while allowing southeastern light into the house.

Additionally, a storage room has been added downstairs, which can be part of the laundry zone or used as a utility room if needed.
